Booking ID in Export TSV is not unique

I have noticed that the booking ID that is exported is not a unique entry. Having exported 149 bookings over 30 of the booking ID's are not unique. Is this an error on the system? Using booking ID's as a way to remove duplicates from a master document is a useful tool in the absence of any other unique identifiers
