Book with me link requiring users to login

https://outlook.office.com/bookwithme/user/email address removed for privacy reasons/meetingtype/zQXYyHu2JkCaSkxmqcGCbQ2?anonymous&ep=mlink requires people to continue as guest or login. At my previous job, it simply took people straight to the booking page with available times. My settings reflect that everything is public. Am I missing something?

I had the same issue. Unhappy partners contacted me and complained against such an unfriendly UX after they were not able to use the booking service.

Will Microsoft ever listen to us? So many inconveniences are caused by this. It has caused some meetings to get cancelled due to a bad user experience.

I totally agree. This is a terrible user experience! Just let us send people directly to the booking screen.

I agree, this is confusing. I've had people with MS accounts tell me that when they click on my booking link (to schedule with me) it takes them to THEIR booking page instead. So unhelpful. ddesigio

    nikita please fix this.

i am having same issue. not user friendly to have client sign in to microsoft account

  • If you are already logged in to Outlook, it will bypass this screen and should take you directly to the page. Clicking "continue as guest" also should land you in the booking page.

IT SHOULD land you on the booking page, but it does not. It's asking guests AND users to use authenticator app with a code.

Hello davisjr - why is the platform prompting a user to log into an MS account now? We have the 'available to anyone' setting enabled . Please resolve as this is causing confusion and issues within our client base.
