Block certain booking types on specific dates.

Hi all,

Looking for a way to block certain bookings on specific dates. I work hybrid, and some of my bookings require me to be on-site, whereas others are virtual meeting bookings. I have my regular hybrid schedule set in the custom availability section for the on-site bookings, but when I am travelling or have specific dates that differ from my regular hybrid schedule, I want to be able to turn off bookings for the in-person meeting type. The only advice I've seen is to block the time off on my outlook calendar, but that then blocks folks from booking virtual meetings and makes my calendar inaccurate for internal folks looking at my calendar.

Is this just a feature that Microsoft doesn't have? If not, what can be done to get that feature added?

This has collected some dust for a year now, but I am facing a similar issue.

    This is the scenario:

I have a generic booking page with meeting type "online meeting" for customers to book a 30-minute slot during the working week within working hours.

I also have booking pages for industry events, usually exhibitions of 2 to 4 days length, during which customers should be able to book one-on-one meetings at these events.

Is it possible to set the meeting types up in a way that allows one meeting type to be booked while the other meeting type cannot be booked?

In other words, if I am at an industry event, people should only be able to book one-on-one meetings at the event but no online meetings, and outside of industry events people should only be able to book online meetings but no one-on-one meetings.

Using date ranges is not an option because it would limit my availability beyond the next industry event. Date ranges, AFAIK, can only be used to define a calendar period for bookings but it cannot be used to exclude a time window.

Just in case this isn't clear enough:

I could set a date range for my generic booking page with online meetings, let's say from now until 15th of next month, because 16th till 18th of next month I am at an industry event (for which the other meeting type for one-on-one meetings at this event would be used). But how would people be able to book any online meetings on or after the 19th of next month? I don't want to set up multiple booking pages, one for each period between industry events. Not only because that itself would be cumbersome, but also because I would have to add multiple links to the different booking pages in my email signature.
