Availability Error

Good day! Bookings has been a great tool for me. However, I'm setting my general availability. Any insight as to why I have set that I'm not available until 10:30am on Tuesday... but when I visit my page, I can be booked at 9:30am on a Tuesday? I already checked the Time Zones and that seems fine. 

Something doesn't seem to be connecting.
