Approval before confirmation of Bookings appointment
I am trying to set up a way to schedule students in educational spaces, but would need to approve the bookings before the appointment is confirmed and added to the calendar. Students are allowed to reserve lab spaces but we need to make sure they are authorized to use each lab.
Is there anything in Bookings that works this way? Thank you!

jmitch10 Bookings appointments are auto accepted. But you could build some custom scenarios using Power Automate connectors, can you check this out Use Power Automate connectors to build Bookings workflows | Microsoft Learn ?
Using Power Automate connectors, you can create custom flows / actions for appointment create/update actions.
