Allow more than one time slot in the same day for a service

While this option is available, IS NOT WORKING. 

I.E. 

I entered

Wend

8-11am

6-8pm

The second slot does not show as available, no matter how I try it. 

Is this a known issue? Is there a way around it or timeframe to resolve?
