Adding new user to Bookings, Search Directory does not find user
Hi,
We are trying to add a user as a bookable resource to a bookings calendar. User has bookings entitlement via A3 license. When trying to add user using the search directory using displayname or primary email address the user cannot be found. If I use the users UPN which is different from primary mail address and is the same setup as a number of other staff members we have been able to add to the calendar, the users information is populated but we cannot change type from guest.

I already added 3 other users to the resource without any problem, but when I try to add this users the names doesn.t show up in te list.
When I add her with her e-mailadress she will be added as guest and I can't change her role in any way.
All users have an MS 365 Business standard Licence.
