About Restricting customers for booking attempts

Hi,

We want to implement Microsoft Booking publicly over inserted a website link. We have over 1K customers (with different domains) and we need to somehow restrict them to make appointments in a specific period of time. For example, a customer (with unique domain info) can only book two appointments in 6 months (or 1 year) from the published service.

Can this be done with MS Booking?
