πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ URGENT: Is the "Bookings with me" Feature RUINING Your Schedule?! πŸ”₯πŸ”₯

🚨 Attention everyone! 🚨

I've hit a MAJOR snag with the "Bookings with me" feature, and it's driving me CRAZY! 😑 For the past few weeks (maybe even months?!), this once flawless tool is now a DISASTER! 😱 It used to be perfect, only showing time slots when I was available. But now? It only respects my working hours and completely IGNORES whether I'm already booked or not! 😀

Get this: Even when I schedule an event through the booking page, it gets added to my calendar, but the time slot STAYS OPEN for more bookings! 🀯 My schedule is turning into a NIGHTMARE! 😡

On the flip side, the public link to my calendar shows all events just fine. πŸ˜’

I've even tried this with a colleague's booking page, and guess what? It worked like a charm! 😑

I'm DESPERATE for solutions here, people! Does anyone know how to fix this MESS?! 😩:wrench: Please share your wisdom! πŸ™:light_bulb:

Thorsten_Koch i think, this behavior es becouse the meeting is not set to 1:1, may be is 1:N and that means that your slot will keep open until es filled with the amount of participants.

Thanks for the reply Marvin_Lau, but I never saw an option like this anywhere in my settings. And it would be a weird feature anyway - if someone is booking a meeting with the "Bookings with me" page, then a second person can book the same slot for a totally different meeting. If it would be the feature you mentioned, then the already scheduled meeting should be available just for joining, not for creating a different meeting.
So I strongly suppose that this is not the solution.

        Hello Thorsten_Koch

I had to work and publush some of our services in Bookings, and i had the same isu. We had the same resource (employee) for more than one kind of service, and if the meeting wasn't 1:1 it will shows the slot opens for additional appointments. I thing this is a bug and a fix that Microsoft will have to apply. But for now it was the solution for us.  This image, shows you where is the settings, and you have to put the number 1. (make these services 1:1).

I hope this can help you.
