How to search all groups from within Outlook
Hello, looking to migrate our current Public Folders to 365 Groups. From within Outlook (Classic) our end users can search all Public Folder content (Emails). In Groups it looks like you cannot search all Groups for content, you can only search one Group at time. In the Outlook search options we have tried All Outlook Items, All Mailboxes, etc. but nothing seems to work. Just curious if anyone had any suggestions or recommendations or is this just a limitation?
Thank you!
Afaik it's a limitation, even the webmail only supports searching one group at a time. When it comes to search, Microsoft seems to be mostly focus on files/SPO.

Hey!
You're right—Microsoft 365 Groups don’t support searching across multiple groups at once like Public Folders
