How to make the most of Copilot in Human Resources?
Here is a bit of a different question than I have seen in this forum. What are some best practices and interesting use cases you all have seen with Copilot in HR departments? I want to make sure our team is using it effectively. Any automation scenarios or hr tools that integrate with Copilot?

We've tried using Copilot in our HR department multiple different ways, and it can be pretty helpful. We've used it to draft and refine hr content such as policies, internal documents, review guidelines, etc.
The thing is, Copilot shines when it can pull context from your 365 or Entra.
Where we felt it was coming up short was that it didn't really own any of the HR processes.
It can help you write feedback, but it doesn't really know where that feedback lives or the broader context.
It can summarize a review if you hand the review to it, but it won't connect it to the broader performance management context with 360-degree feedback, goals, etc.
We decided to support our AI needs in HR with Teamflect Agent, and so far, it's been great. We'd already been using their product for reviews and feedback, and their AI assistance has been fantastic.
It can actually connect performance reviews with the employees' goals and feedback, and come up with development plans around that information.
Or spot at-risk goals and disengagement patterns.
And since it lives inside Teams, it still feels like using Copilot and not another tool outside of the Teams ecosystem.
