Outlook 2013 password is not saved

If this is the wrong forum for this questions, please let me know.  

 

We have a user that is on a Window laptop with Outlook 2013 running.  It is a new user on a new laptop with a fresh install of Outlook.  Outlook is connected to a Rackspace Hosted Exchange server.  The has entered her password clicked the box to remember the password.  However, each time she open Outlook, she is required to reenter her password.  

 

Any ideas on how to resolve this so that the password is saved?
