OneNote update - screen clipping

I recently updated my Dell Windows computer and noticed a complete change in interface for this app. I have not been able to find the screen clipping feature which was usually under the insert picture menu in the previous version of OneNote I was using. Did they disable this feature or something? Where can I find it?

    Just click Windows Key then Shift & S - This opens the Windows 10 clipboard, drag the + around the item you want to clip, release & then paste in to OneNote (or anywhere else you want).
