OneNote Notebooks not synced and need to be moved to a different account

Hello, 

My work/school account changed their domain name to their email addresses. I had multiple notebooks open on the account and continued to use them after the account was closed without my knowledge. So the notebooks wont sync and allow me to move them now. Is there a way to download the notebooks to re-upload to my new account or another way to restore these notebooks?
