OneNote 2019 Windows app - start with disruptive error message - code: 0xE000007

Hi,

My OneNote app on Windows 10 opens with, or pops up after some minutes, a disruptive error since 2 days.

The error messages reads. roughly from German translated, that OneNote could not be started.
Error code: 0xE000007
This might be due to insufficient space on the hard drive or write permissions. But this can't be true.

I can access my OneNote notebooks via OneNote Online as usual.

Can anyone help me with or experienced someone elese that problem?

My laptop did not download any Windows Updates during that time.
