One Note shortcut

Is it possible to change the shortcut Windows + N to open quick notes into the OneNote for Windows 10 app instead the usual OneNote?

The thing is I have some sync problems with the normal OneNote (the one that comes installed with office - everytime I open it, I have a pop-up saying "unable to sync - click here to sign in", I click it, it disappears and everything syncs which is annoying) so...

when I press Windows + N I would like to open quick notes but with the microsoft store app.
