local folder for notebook - OneNote for Windows10

Hello,

A User from my company has huge notebooks in his OneNote for Windows 10 App. Since we migrated from an local Exchange server to Office365 it stoped syncing into the cloud. Now he got a new PC and we are unable to find a local folder were the notebook are stored to manuele copy the over.
