Configuring oneNote to not open link automatically

yes, just the oposite as you would expect

using oneNote Desktop with keyboard/mouse, oneNote win10 on touch (tablet), and on android

and i found very uncomfortable to get links open and browser loaded and so on just on touch, especially on the tablet 

sometime, felling like working with dinamite !!

is that a possibility ?
