Microsoft Account Is Showing Up As Not Existing (Hacked/Deleted?)
I cant sign into my minecraft/microsoft account, it says that there is no microsoft account by my email despite me play minecraft with it the day before. Im sure that it was that email and I even have the reciept, it could either be a glitched or someone hacked it. If possible if this account is comprimised could I switch the minecraft account to another Microsoft account, or js be able to recovery my account. There is pretty much nothing on the account but minecraft.

My second account also got hacked. There seems to be another alternate email address set in it (ending with .ru). I tried the sign in helper but still can't recover my account. Is there anyway to delete that account an create a new one with the email.
How come I cannot use my primary email account to verify login? My only option is to use the alternate email account which doesn't make sense.Hi, sorry you are dealing with that. If the sign-in page says the Microsoft account does not exist, it can mean the alias was changed, the account was closed, or you are trying a different email than the one currently attached.
Start with Microsoft's account recovery and username recovery pages, and secure the email account you used for receipts in case someone got into that first. Also search your email for Microsoft security notices, alias-change messages, Minecraft purchase receipts, and Xbox/Microsoft order numbers.
Minecraft ownership normally cannot just be moved to a different Microsoft account by the community, so you will probably need Microsoft/Minecraft support with the receipt or order ID. Do not post the receipt, key, full email address, or transaction details publicly. Keep those for the official support form only.
