Chrome OS

Hi All!

 

We are looking into managing Chrome OS devices with Intune.

 

I believe we need an Google Admin account, which has a monthly subscription cost.

Can personal gmail accounts be used to login to the Chrome OS devices or do they require a different Google account.

 

Are there any other cost's involved from Google? device licenses etc..

    you can't manage their personal emails unless they explicitly give permission, i would recommend making professional accounts for them to sign in to due to the privacy concerns that fall with signing into personal accounts

      Just going through setting this up and it's not clear from MS documentation on what Google Admin subscription is required.

    Another question , following the instructions below, but my Google Admin Console doesn't show the mentioned Access and data control tab/option.  I am just using the free 14/30day account.

    Do I need to sign up to the paid subscription for this option to appear? Or has the process changed?
