I think it should be in the System or application log, something with the UserProfile service I guess?
Alright, checked that. Nothing in the application logs, UserProfile logs just say "Updated User" like 8 times in a row and then "Added Windows Hello for Business Credentials" (i guess that´s the last step of adding a "new" User to Windows)...
