Hi Matthias_VDB,
I am experiencing the exact same issue. Also there is no clear result when it triggers and when not. Tested this in three different tenants with different configurations.
All have the following settings in common:
- CA Policy with authentication context which requires MFA and the sign-in frequency is set to "every time"
- Eligable Admin Role with activated authentication context
- CA Policy assigned to All users or only admin members make no difference
Same issue here
