The sign-in pop-up shows nothing in Office 365 apps

I've installed the Office 365 on my Windows 7 machine. When I try to Sign in, a pop-up shows up. But it has nothing in it as you can see from this screenshot.

What shall I do to fix this? I restarted my computer and nothing is changed.

  • Turns out, it's a common issue on Windows 7 (just like https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/trying-to-login-to-office-365-i-get-a-blank-screen/2954fdd6-80df-4a36-9096-a8ded1e3e6f0).

Tried updating the Windows without success. But upgrading to SP1 enabled me to install IE11 (from IE8) and that resolved the whole issue!

  • Try resetting Internet explorer, download windows updates lastly run a repair on office.
