Senta and office 365

Good day.

We are having a hard time connecting senta and office 365 mailbox.

We keep getting mailboxnotenabledforrestapi.

Everyone we read talk about exchange server but this is a standard business 365 inbox.

Anybody with any advice.

Senta told us they have done what they can and ms needs to help us further.

Would really appreciate help.
