Office 365 Mailbox Provisioning events
We are in the process of automating the process of notifying the users when a mailbox is provisioned. The real need is to inform the users via email when a mailbox gets provisioned for them. Is there any events that are available in Office 365 Infrastructure (like a webhoob endpoints, queue configuration etc.) which can be leveraged to trigger the email communication?

Or you can just spam the Get-Mailbox cmdlet periodically.
