Microsoft 365 Transcribe

As a technical writer, I commonly like to edit my documents using the Read Aloud feature in Microsoft Word.  My Business Essentials edition of Microsoft Word is a web only copy and does not carry a full version of an Editor (shown below):

In the process of putting in a Read Aloud add-in, I found this really great feature for those who do not like to type.  The Dictate feature can be accessed by clicking its named button on the Ribbon located to the top of the screen.  Microsoft Word will write everything you say and then grammar and spell check it.

Tips for using the Dictate, and Immersive Reader options is Word:

    1.  When using Dictate to write Word content, do not pause for an extended period of time.  Extended pauses during dictation can cause punctuation and grammatical errors (show below):

    2.  For accessibility purposes there are two ways to read web-based Word documents, the Immersive Reader and Read Aloud extension.
