Microsoft 365 Apps for business
Good Evening All,
I trust you are all well & coping with the current situation.
I have recently bought a new laptop & thought it would be a good idea to purchase "Microsoft 365 Apps" - This package states "Best for businesses that need Office apps across devices and cloud file storage. Business email and Microsoft Teams not included."
The laptop which I bought already has Microsoft Word / Outlook etc downloaded however it needs activating however even after I have bought this package, when I try and activate my office accounts with the same email used to sign up with, it says there is no office licences.
I have an email from Microsoft with order number etc so any help would be much appreciated please!!!!!!!!
