meeting room calendar does not update
I created a meeting room resource from the Microsoft 365 admin portal. If user A books the meeting room, user B does not immediately see the booking made by user A in the meeting room calendar. However, if user B tries to book the same slot, a red line appears indicating that the room is occupied. Why doesn't user B see that the slot is occupied in the calendar? If I remove and re-add the meeting room calendar for user B, then user A's booking appears.

Referring this to try to fix your issue:
- Synchronization Lag between User A and User B
- Cached Data: User B's view of the meeting room calendar may rely on cached data.
- Subscription Settings: The way User B subscribes to the meeting room calendar might affect real-time updates.
How to fix:
- Force Calendar Refresh: In Outlook, User B can manually refresh the calendar by switching views or restarting the app. This often updates the shared resource calendar.
- Verify Permissions: Ensure that both User A and User B have the necessary permissions to view and update the meeting room calendar. Misconfigured permissions can lead to delayed updates.
- Clear Cache: Ask User B to clear the Outlook cache, as this can eliminate outdated data and force a fresh sync.
