Cannot change inbox name

Hi. I've followed instructions on the below link to change an inbox name (so that recipients see a different name 

 

I have successfully changed the Display name in the 'manage contact information settings' but when I send a test email, the old name still shows up.

I am a Global admin.

I have tried:

Logging in and out of the admin center

Restarting my computer

Clearing cache.

Changing the settings in the Outlook client (but these settings don't show up for me).

 

Any advice please? Thanks

    Did you wait for 24 hours ?
    At the article you just added Microsoft says "It might take up to 24 hours for this change to take effect across all services."
