Autopilot ESP "Account setup" phase speed
The Autopilot ESP "Account setup" phase in certain scenario's may hang on "Identifying" for a long time. As an end-user or IT admin it is hard to see what's going on behind the scenes. Are there any plans on improving performance during ESP (specifically the "Account setup" phase) and/or show more detailed progress?

Yes- we also observe similar issues, it does seem to get stuck on Account Setting and suddenly navigates to the Desktop - though in the backend few apps are getting installed by navigating to Windows Explorer, but at few scenarios it just times out 😞 johnseerden

Microsoft
We continue to look for opportunities to improve the speed of the Autopilot flow as a whole. For instance, we've released a client-side performance improvement for the Windows 4C cumulative update. Of course, client-side changes are only effective if the changes are in the image applied to the device already. For service-side improvements, we release monthly, and you can check

johnseerden - agreed - the ability to view the processes in Azure is highly valuable. Even if the user isn't seeing the various services, it would be very helpful for the administrator to find out what is hung or stuck on the deployment.
