Why do TSPs ask for a secondary email?

I have a question for TSPs regarding MTM setup for MCTs. Why are you asking MCTs to create or use a secondary email address for MTM?

As we approach FY26, MCTs will be required to provide their MTM user ID (which is their email address) during renewal. This is essential for us to query MTM and verify that they are meeting the requirement of delivering six sessions per year.

If MCTs are using a different email for MTM—especially one assigned by a TSP—it may prevent us from accurately tracking their activity, which could impact their renewal eligibility.

Is there a specific reason for requesting or assigning alternate emails for MTM accounts?
