Unable to login Outlook id

Question

Hello,I am unable to login my outlook account, which we have created using our location id. We need to access this account on priority for generating achievement codes. While logging the account it shows too many requests.&nbsp;

Hi KunalGoyal-3993​ - if you cannot access your Outlook account, you'll have to follow the steps provided during the sign-in process to recover. There is a link that says "Can't access your account?" when you attempt to provide your credentials.&nbsp;
Another solution would be to follow the TSP onboarding instructions to create a new account.&nbsp;
