Cannot login to Microsoft Learn on my new laptop, but able to do so on my other devices

Have to test my laptop for an exam but cannot login. There is no error message but every time I try to sign in to Microsoft, it keeps reloading and bringing me back to the login screen. I tried disabling browser extentions, resetting the browser and deleting the cache but the still cannot sign in
