Issue with Non-Profit Licenses – Credit Card Required
Hello,
Our organization has been accepted into the Microsoft Non-Profit program, and we have been granted 10 donated licenses. However, in order to obtain them, I need to purchase them, even though the cost is 0 euros. I understand this is an administrative process to acquire the licenses.
The problem is that the system requires me to enter a credit card, which I do not have. My organization does not have a credit card.
Is there any way to obtain these licenses without providing a credit card number?
Thank you for your help.
Best regards

Microsoft
If your nonprofit organization has a bank account, perhaps you can use the debit card on file. Unfortunately, Microsoft only gives the option of paying by Wire transfer after six months. Here is the link for payment options Payment options for Microsoft business subscriptions | Microsoft Learn. Like Kenelle said there is only an option for debit and credit card.

Unfortunately, this has now become the standard. Previously, there was an option to generate an invoice instead, but it appears that this feature has been removed. You won’t be charged unless you choose to purchase additional items beyond the granted total of 10. However, a credit card will be required on file.

I am new to the Microsoft Non-Profit Program. My organization was approved and accepted. Like the previous person, I need to activate licenses. When I go into Products, it shows a cost and currently I need to setup and use the first 10 free licenses. Since I was approved, should it show $0? Or do I go through the purchase process and then it will not charge me?

The licences should show Free in products and then $0
If you have more than one billing account, the nonprofit pricing will only show up under one of the accounts. If you do have more than one, it could be worth checking you’re looking at the correct one. To do this, you’ll need to select the billing account that says Microsoft Online Service Agreement.
Then make sure you select the Nonprofit tab before clicking Details to 'purchase' the free product:
I hope this helps!
Thanks
