OAB Users Photos

Hi guys,

 

I'm going crazy with the users's photos in Outlook (2019) OAB.

We are in an Hybrid environment : photos have been sent to AD, sync with AAD Connect, they are present in AAD. Mailboxs are in EXO.

No problem with the Webmail & Online Mode : everything is up to date.

But when we use Outlook in Cached Mode, photo for some users is not display, for others it's an old one.

Already try to :

  • Clear Outlook Cache
  • Recreate the profil
  • Modify the "ThumbnailPhoto" attributes of OAB from "Indicator" to "Value".

 

It's an old issue but in 2024 still not resolved!

    WebGTA Users impacted has the value "hasPicture" set to False in their mailbox.
    How do I change this to True?
