Thank you I tried 3 of them inclining Word from a excel document that I had not touched for years as this problem only stated when I loaded it has since I loaded an upgrade with a free7 day trial causing me days of trouble as they are impossible to get hold of by phone and no response by email other than automated reply saying they will contact me so shortly ! thy they have not so I deleted their reprogram shortly after over 300 of PDFs and Word we changed on my computer to a web site FDFs and it was not possible to save them back to PDF the only thing I have not tried updating my drivers as they regularly update anyway but I will delete it and reload as I suspect it is the printer I also need to reload the Acrobat to have any chance of getting my files property returned which is discussing as I have used their free version for over 30 years so all my work was saved 3 days before I loaded their upgrade.
Which brings me to can you assist me through Updating and downloading programs I had no problems doing it days ago but now I cannot even find the program folder.
If you can thank you if not you have helped me anyway.
Try below:
- Check Printer Settings: Ensure your printer settings are correct. Sometimes, incorrect settings can cause issues with printing quality.
- Update Drivers: Make sure your printer drivers are up to date. Outdated drivers can sometimes cause printing problems.
- Print as PDF: Try printing your Excel file to a PDF first, then print the PDF file. This can sometimes bypass issues related to the printer itself.
- Check Excel Settings: Go to File > Options > Advanced and ensure that the "Print background colors and images" option is unchecked.
