speech doesn't't work on excel 2021 home version

Hi everyone.   

May someone help me in how to activate the speech facility on excel 2021?.

Version I have is for MAC

I have tried all what I found and always I get error 445. 

It works on word 2021 (same version) but not in excel.

    check for updates, verify permissions, enable speech features, try different speech engines, reinstall Office, check Excel's add-ins
