I am having trouble inserting a ruler on my excel
Hi
Excel doesnt have a built in ruler - normally people use the grid lines? What are you trying to achieve - perhaps there is a work-around to get a solution?
In View>Page Layout a ruler will pop up - is this perhaps what you are referring to?
This ruler is only available on Page Layout.
