Refresh data connected to another workbook with Shared Document on OneDrive

I setup three spreadsheets.  The first one is impression counts on all our presses.  The second is a summary of preventative maintenance on the same presses.  The third is for the non-essential technical team to have access only to the summary and not be able to destroy the actual live data from 2nd spreadsheet.    I am using the "Get Data-From File-From Worksheet" on my desktop when I laid all this out and works perfectly.  When I put this on the company OneDrive Sharepoint site for the technical team to open and see, it errors out on trying to refresh.   Any thoughts on how to make this work.  This is currently working in our old system using Google Drive.  We are possibly moving away from this workflow, so I started to do this now rather than a mad rush last minute.
