Pull data from 2 columns into 1 using parameters of a different column.

I know there's an easy way to do this, I tried a sort of vlookup function or if function, but can't quite get what I need. I want to pull the data in the first spreadsheet with the 2 yellow highlighted columns from picture A, and put them into the 1 highlighted column on a different spreadsheet on picture B. However I want the parameters of the orange highlighted column to match the data being pulled.
