Problem with IFS Formula

The value in F118 is a percentage.
Your formula has to be amended:
=IFS(F118>89%,"A",F118>79%,"B",F118>69%,"C",F118>59%,"D",TRUE,"F")

I'm not a fan of IFS.
This is what I'd do:
=VLOOKUP(F118,{0,"F";59,"D";69,"C";79,"B";89,"A"},2,1)
