Pivot table field calcs issues

Hello, I've created two field calculations. The first is Regular hours, based on whether 40 or not (post edited to correct initial statement). The line calculations are correct, but the totals are not summing for the Regular hours. Value field "summarize" setting is Sum. The second issue is Overtime, also conditional upon the item type; it is ignoring the first part of my If statement, but calculating the second part for all. These are pretty simple formulas, and I've used them before. Any ideas on what I need to do?
