Offset movement option button when opening an Excel document

I have created an Excel cheet containing option boxes however every time I save and reopen the Excel document, all the option boxes all shift to the right of a little notch, please help me..

I tried to post the link to my Excel document but the formula detects a grammar error so i can't add it..
