No Option to Insert Photo into Header

Hello! I currently have Excel 15.30 and I am not able to insert any pictures in my header. There are no options/buttons in the menu bar or drop down so I was wondering how does one insert a photo in the header on this version of Excel or if anyone knows how to update it to a version that does have this feature? Let me know and thank you!
