Missing image when Save as Adobe PDF

Hello everyone,

I'm facing a strange issue. I have a quotation, and when I convert it to PDF using the "Save as Adobe PDF" option, our company logo is missing in the PDF file. I tried using both the "Save as" and "Export" functions, but neither worked.

I discovered that Adobe PDF is using our printer driver to save as PDF instead of the Adobe PDF printer. Everything works normally when I set the Adobe PDF printer as the default.

    Thank you for your reply.

    I tried to reinstall Adobe and Office as well but I still got encountered this issue. I also tried to update Adobe and Office to the latest version and can't fix this issue

    • can you try repairing your Office, this looks to me bug issue.. is the same issue with another system ?

       

  • This issue might happens because Adobe Acrobat is not correctly integrated with Excel, causing the conversion to rely on the default printer driver instead of the Adobe PDF driver. try uninstalling the Adobe PDF and reinstall it again. Hope this should work for you.
