Macro & Private certificate

Hello.

Windows 10 Pro / MS Office 2016

Case: I've set  "switch off all macro" in Excel parameters. Excel macro is signed with the selfcert.exe

Problem: This macro is still working

Question: Please let me know the way how can i switch off macro with private certificate?
