The object cell of a formula shows the formula rather than the product of the formula.
IF the cell containing the formula is formatted as Text, change its number format to General, then press F2 to edit the formula, and press Enter to re-confirm it.

The cell is formatted as Number but I entered the amount manually, then replaced it with a formula and it worked. Thanks again.
