FORMULA OR VBA Code for my attached work

i have an EXCEL Work book contains with two sheet. in sheet1 there are three columns named with Column A - Chasis Number , Column B - License ID,and Column C - Chasis Number.all columns are filled with some data. some data in column A repeated in Column C

in sheet2 Column A - Chasis Number , Column B - License ID,and Column C - Chasis Number. and all columns are empty

now i want to SHIFT all MATCHED duplicate data of SHEET1 (IN column A and column B) along data of column C which releted with data of column C to sheetB as it is as per column wise.

hope i can get kind co operation from team in this matter
