Fill a picture partially with color, according to a percentage

Hello,

I need help with an Excel file that has two sheets
In first sheet I have some random numbers (percentages).
I need to copy the images from the second sheet to the first sheet and to fill each image with color, according to the percentage.
Have you ever dealt with such a thing? Can you help me with some tips?
