Excel Roster
Hi all.
Have a small issue with my teams roster.
Im using dropdown list with hours i.e. 8 - 5, 9 - 6, 10 - 7 etc.
I would like to try to get excel to calculate hours on a weekly and monthly basis.
I've tried both IF and VLOOKUP, but i cant get it to work

I am afraid the excel read 8 - 5 as a date instead of string.
